Delivery time:

We will of course process your order immediately upon receipt. Your order is usually delivered within 24/48 hours. If an item is not in stock or is currently in the production cycle, delivery may be delayed.

However, we will always inform you immediately about the exact delivery date and ask for your understanding if there are any small delays.

 

Overview of shipping cost calculation:

Your order will be shipped directly from the factory. High-volume items (packaging chips, corrugated cardboard blanks, corrugated cardboard and bubble wrap rolls) are defined as bulky items due to their size. Therefore, a transport surcharge will be charged for these items. Please inquire about these items directly from us. Our items are shipped by our shipping company or by DPD. Please request special requests. The shipping costs are calculated using the table below. If you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you by phone at +49 - 2924-42500-60.

If the weight of one shipping cost category is exceeded, the next higher shipping cost category will automatically be charged. All shipping costs are net prices, plus statutory. VAT

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Delivery to countries in the European Union is subject to a flat shipping fee, which is based on the weight and delivery location of the goods; this price will be displayed in your shopping cart.

We do not offer shipping to countries outside the European Union via our online shop.

 

Important note:

Despite all care, damage to the transported goods may occur during delivery. In this case we will of course refund you the damaged items free of charge. Please note the following procedure: Any transport damage must be reported to the supplier immediately upon receipt of the goods. Furthermore, please inform us immediately about any transport damage discovered by email or telephone.
