High-volume items (packaging chips, corrugated cardboard cut-outs, corrugated cardboard and bubble wrap rolls) are defined as bulky goods due to their size. A transport surcharge is therefore charged for these items. Please ask us directly about these items. Our items are shipped by our forwarding agent or by DPD, special requests on request. If the weight exceeds a shipping cost category, the next higher shipping cost category will be charged automatically. All shipping costs are net prices, plus statutory VAT. Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Delivery to countries in the European Union is subject to a flat shipping fee, which is based on the weight and delivery location of the goods; this price is displayed in your shopping cart. We do not offer shipping to countries outside the European Union via our online shop. Important note: Despite all care, damage to the goods may occur during delivery. In this case, we will of course reimburse you for the damaged items free of charge.
